I have completed my purchase but not received any license on my iLok account?

Your iLok license is deposited when the transaction is completed, normally your license should be available in your iLok license manager after a couple of minutes, unfortunately sometimes the nature of internet and network may be in play, so please allow up to 30 minutes for the license to show up.

If you still have not received your license after 30 minutes, please check your order in the order history section in your FLUX:: user account and verify that the transaction is paid in full and completed.
