Online store, shop account locked after registration (Login Error: Account is disabled)
When you register an account in the Flux:: online shop, an email with an email-address verification link is sent to your email address.
To find this email, please check your inbox again, as well as your spam folder, for an email sent by firstname.lastname@example.org with the following subject “Email address verification”.
In the email there’s a verification link to confirm your email address, please click the verification link in the email, and your account will be enabled.
It is not possible to login to the Flux:: user account without email address verification.
NOTE: If had an account prior to 2019 you will have to create a new account as we remade our entire shop. If you had licenses, those are, of course, still are in your iLok account. Thanks for your understanding.
