Online store, shop account locked after registration (Login Error: Account is disabled)

If you can’t login to your FLUX:: account, or if you get a Login Error: Account is disabled when you try to login, please check that you account email is verified. When you register an account in the FLUX:: online shop, an email with an email-address verification link is sent to your email address.

To find this email, please check your inbox again, as well as your spam folder, for an email sent by no-reply@flux.audio with the following subject Email address verification.

In the email there’s a verification link to confirm your email address, please click the verification link in the email, and your account will become enabled and you should then be able to login to your account.

It is not possible to login to your FLUX:: user account without the email address verification.

NOTE: If had an account prior to 2019 you need to create a new account in our new shop system (launched in 2019). If you bought your FLUX:: licenses prior to this, your licenses are, of course, still available in your iLok account. Thanks for your understanding!
