Refunds / Cancel licenses
When a product license is downloaded to your iLok user account and activated, the license can’t be cancelled or refunded.
If a license was sent to an iLok account and is still pending for activation in your iLok account, and a reclamation or a refund should be in question, please do not download the license to your iLok user account or iLok USB key, instead, contact your dealer and request a refund.
The dealer must then contact the FLUX:: distributor in your country – PLEASE DO NOT contact FLUX:: directly.
If you have purchased your software in the FLUX:: online store, you may file a demand for a refund within ten days of your finalized purchase. To do this, please contact FLUX:: support directly.
